Taekwondo is a Korean martial art meaning the way of the hand and foot. It improves fitness, flexibility and discipline. It has been an Olympic event since 2000.
The club teaches general fitness, powerful kicking and striking techniques, patterns for gradings and competitions as well as effective self defence techniques. The club has competed in national competitions and has scored several medals and distinctions.
We have classes in the Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent Area.
